Your Customer Data

When you upload customer lists or collect customer information through our platform (including via review request campaigns, loyalty programs, or feedback forms), we want to be completely transparent about how that data is handled:

Your data, your control. Customer information you provide is used solely to operate your campaigns and services within the StarWorks platform. We do not use your customer data for our own marketing, and we never contact your customers independently.
No selling, no sharing. We will never sell, rent, licence, or otherwise distribute your customer lists or contact details to any third party. Your customers remain yours.
Purpose-limited processing. Customer data is processed exclusively for the purposes you authorise — such as sending review requests, SMS campaigns, loyalty program communications, and feedback collection. We do not repurpose this data for any other use.
Data isolation. Your customer data is logically separated from other businesses on our platform. No other business or user can access your customer information.
Deletion on request. You can request deletion of all your customer data at any time by contacting us. When you close your account, all associated customer data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Minimal retention. We only retain customer data for as long as your account is active and you require the service. We do not keep copies of your customer data after deletion except where required by law.

In short, we treat your customer data as confidential business information. Our role is strictly as a data processor acting on your instructions — we provide the tools, and you remain the owner and controller of your customer relationships.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
